隨(sui)著建(jian)筑(zhu)塔(ta)吊出租行業的不(bu)斷發(fa)展,現在很多的建(jian)筑(zhu)塔(ta)吊設備(bei)的使用技術也隨(sui)之增加(jia),塔(ta)吊液壓頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)系統通過頂(ding)(ding)升(sheng)和下降塔(ta)吊套架來實現增加(jia)或減少標(biao)準節(jie),使塔(ta)吊能隨(sui)著建(jian)筑(zhu)物高度變(bian)化而(er)升(sheng)高或降低,從(cong)而(er)滿足不(bu)同(tong)高度建(jian)筑(zhu)物的垂(chui)直(zhi)運輸需(xu)要(yao)。
該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)主要由液壓(ya)(ya)泵站、液壓(ya)(ya)頂升(sheng)(sheng)油缸、鎖(suo)閥及高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)軟管組(zu)成(cheng);在塔(ta)吊頂升(sheng)(sheng)作業(ye)時(shi),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)需要承(cheng)載(zai)塔(ta)吊上(shang)部結構(gou)三十多噸的重(zhong)量(liang),系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)工作壓(ya)(ya)力達到18Mpa以上(shang),屬于高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)液壓(ya)(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)。該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)具有體積小(xiao)、重(zhong)量(liang)輕、比(bi)功率大、運行平穩(wen)等優點,但同時(shi)又存在傳動效率低、易產生故障等缺(que)陷。
由于塔吊(diao)(diao)的液壓(ya)頂(ding)升(sheng)系統屬于密封(feng)帶壓(ya)的管(guan)路(lu)循環系統,管(guan)路(lu)中(zhong)油液的流動情況,液壓(ya)元(yuan)件(jian)內部的零件(jian)動作(zuo)和(he)密封(feng)是否(fou)損(sun)壞都不(bu)易察覺到,因此分析故(gu)障的原(yuan)因和(he)判斷故(gu)障的部位都比(bi)較困難(nan)。有(you)眾(zhong)多塔吊(diao)(diao)事故(gu)中(zhong),半數是因為系統出現故(gu)障后處置不(bu)當而引發(fa)(fa)的,為避免重大設備事故(gu)發(fa)(fa)生,如何預防液壓(ya)頂(ding)升(sheng)系統故(gu)障就成了一個急待解(jie)決的的問(wen)題(ti)。
